    The Mini Elm Non-Woven Tote features an open main compartment with double 24 inch handles. It's also reusable and a great alternative to plastic bags. Disclaimer: Gusset & Handle Decorating is Transfer Only and does not qualify for one day turn. Polypropylene is recyclable with #5 plastics please check with your local municipalities for specific rules and regulations.
