    The SPF15 Lip Balm by HumphreyLine is Made in the USA. Item comes in white tube with neutral color lip balm. PABA-Free, UVA and UVB lip protection that meets FDA requirements. Lip balm features a scratch-resistant, white waterproof Tuf Gloss™ label that can be customized with a four-color process imprint. Only available for shipment within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). FOB ZIP: KY, 41042.
